  11. I've also tried numerous times to connect, mostly without success.  I did 
  12. finally get in the other day, made it to the registration page, filled out 
  13. the form, and then was locked out of their server again when I tried to send 
  14. the form >:~(.

  16. It appears the problem is with their server; the  http://DV.com address is 
  17. correct, it's just flaky!
